I’ve had the best experience with Ladd and his team! I usually get nervous for dental work, but not with them! Everyone is so happy and kind! Plus they take time at each appointment to explain and educate me on what’s going on and all the options to fix it. It made me feel so comfortable knowing what was going on! They are the best!

Highly recommend! I’ve been going to Dr. Ladd for over 10 years now! He has such good bedside manner and really shows he cares about all his patients! Not only him, but his whole office is filled with dedicated genuine nice staff! They’re hygienist, Debbie is also the best! She takes the time and explains any question you may have for her.

I hate going to the dentist. It's always been a regrettable experience. That's partly on me. But I wanted to get in and talk about what sweethearts the entire team here is. I felt that the Dentist was up on latest trends, I felt the hygienist did an excellent job of reassuring me and keeping me calm. I was in a lot of pain, so it was a task. The front office lady who checked me in was so empathetic to my situation. The lady who went over my bill was kind and looking out for me to financially get a deal, which I definitely needed. Really, I'm still terrified of going to any dentist, but this team was excellent. I wanted to express my appreciation.

I had to find a new dentist because my old one retired. I am so happy to have found Dr. J Ladd Williams! From the front office staff, and Marcy, to my hygienist Debbie, to the Doc himself, I felt at a home as soon as I walked in. Super knowledgeable, extremely friendly and just an all around top notch office. I look forward to coming here again!

The dental hygienist that I get every visit is really nice cause she already has experience with my mouth. Other dental offices I have been to have a different hygienist Everytime. Dr Ladd is by far the best dentist I have ever had he is very personable and takes time and pride in his work. The office workers are also very attentive and kind. Prices for individuals w/o insurance are very reasonable.

Looking for great dentist? I found one and this one is forever. As soon as you walk in the front desk staff makes you feel right at home. Don't settle for average dentist. Dr. J. Ladd Williams and his team are one of the best in the country. Dr. Williams does not rest until he fixes your teeth to your satisfaction and leaves them healthy. I know this note seems like commercial, but the truth is, everyone deserves a great dentist and I want to share my experience so you can have one too.

I went in for a crown, knowing how important it was to do, but not excited about it. They were ON TIME, which is excellent - except for me as I arrived late. Very graciously they got me seated and started. Here are the highlights: painless injection, comfortable environment, nothing scary at all, great conversation. It felt like they've done it a million times. Now that the numbing has worn off, the area where they worked feels fine. I have no pain and look forward to the next visit. They did a fantastic job!

I switched dentists to Dr Ladd and team after my wife had seen him for years. I have not been disappointed! The office staff is friendly and very professional. There is always a positive vibe in the office and I can even watch ESPN sometimes during my appointment. The place is extremely clean, the technology is top notch and I always feel welcome. We were referred to Dr. Williams for an emergency dental need for my husband. I'm so glad we were. The staff was great at communicating and getting us information and medicine, even on a weekend. The doctor was wonderful. He was patient, great at explaining things as he went. He was much quicker than expected, all while being very understanding. The staff was all very kind as well. I am glad we found this office. We will be going there for all our dental needs. My husband got two root canals done and it went smoothly. I highly recommend this place!

I can't say enough great things about Dr Williams, as he is awesome!! He is kind, gentle and very down to earth. He's excellent at what he does too. He put me at ease on my very first visit! I had to have some very old crowns replaced but he helped me thru my anxiety plus I was offered the laughing gas which really really helped me. My teeth with the new crowns look and feel fantastic!! Dr. Ladd Williams and his dental assistant, Marcy, are true professionals. I recently had 8 crowns put onto my front teeth. The whole process was throughly explained and the process went smoothly. Dr. Williams was paricularly careful that my bite was ideal and my smile was perfect. It was truly a painless procedure.
